Our Review
Simon and Maaike Berns acquired a 7ha block (with 5ha of vines) at Herne Hill, making the first wine in '98 and opening a most attractive cellar door facility. They also own the Buckshot Ridge Vineyard in Margaret River. Plantings in Margaret River have increased with new clones of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, P95 chardonnay and malbec. New clones of tempranillo and touriga nacional have also been added to the Swan Valley plantings. -JAMES HALLIDAY

Cellar Door
Information
Sittella's Cellar door is open for wine sales & tastings for individuals up till 10 pax. Groups maximum size 15 pax, tasting fee applies then: $ 7.50 pp.
When weather allows platters can be enjoyed with wines outside the cellar door. See our website / restaurant menus.

From 10 am Morning coffee with selection of home made cakes.
Lunch starts around 11.30/noon.
Kitchen closes for hot meal orders at 2.30 pm. Venue open till 4 pm.
New addition: The Nest open Saturdays and Sundays 9am - 4pm. Breakfast till 11 am and Brunch all day with selected, small production Sittella Wines.
