Our Review
Charles Maiolo has established a 28-ha vineyard planted to semillon, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot noir, shiraz, merlot and cabernet sauvignon. He has a wine science degree from CSU, and presides over a winery with a capacity of 250–300 tonnes. The red wines, in particular, show great promise, with Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon to the fore.
