Liam Carmody graduated from Curtin University in '03, since working in Sonoma, California, NZ, France, South Africa and the Mornington Peninsula before settling in Denmark and taking up a full-time winemaking role at Forest Hill. Thus Lonely Shore is very much a busman’s holiday. The grapes come from the dry-grown DeiTos Vineyard near Manjimup. -JAMES HALLIDAY
