Our Review
A major development, with over 35ha planted: a major emphasis on the Rhone varietals (7.9ha marsanne, 2.7ha viognier, 1.3ha of roussanne; and 11.2ha shiraz, 2.7ha mourvedre and 2.5ha grenache). A side bet on 4.8ha cabernet sauvignon, 2.4ha merlot and 1.3ha riesling rounds off the planting. The cellar door complex includes a restaurant (open for lunch and dinner Thurs-Sun), conference facility and art gallery. -JAMES HALLIDAY
