Cope-Williams

One of Macedon's pioneers, specialising in sparkling wines that are full-flavoured but also producing excellent Chardonnay and Pinot Noir table wines in warmer vintages. A traditional ‘English Green'-type cricket ground and Real Tennis complex are available for hire and are booked out most days from spring through until autumn. The facilities have been leased to an independent operator, which Gordon Cope-Williams says will allow him to concentrate on the estate vineyards (3ha each of chardonnay and pinot noir and 0.5ha of cabernet sauvignon).
