Our Review
A joint venture of Michel and Corinne Chapoutier and Ron and Elva Laughton. In spring '98 a vineyard of Australian and imported French shiraz clones was planted. The vineyard is run biodynamically and the winemaking is deliberately designed to place maximum emphasis on the fruit quality. La Pleiade is available for tasting at M.
