St Erth may be a virtual winery, owning neither vineyards or winery, but it makes up for that with people power and decades of experience, covering all the necessary bases while keeping costs to a bare minimum. Formerly known as CJ Wines, (named for founders David Crawford and Phil Joiner), St Erth is now owned and run by the Joiner-Ross family and produces wine under the labels St Erth, Erth and Hereford. -JAMES HALLIDAY
