Our Review
Trifon Estate has flown under the radar since it was established in '18. Since then, 312ha of vines have been planted to 16 varieties, the lion’s share to shiraz and cabernet (47ha and 42ha, respectively), followed by malbec (38.7ha), chardonnay (23.7ha), sauvignon blanc (18ha), pinot grigio (10.44ha) and merlot (8.10ha), with smaller amounts of petit verdot, durif, tempranillo, sangiovese and riesling, traminer, semillon, marsanne and viognier.
