Our Review
Dean Cocker is the grandson of Josef Chromy, and managing director of Josef Chromy Wines, and has worn two hats: one as a commercial lawyer in Melbourne and Sydney, the other with personal involvement in the Tasmanian wine industry since 1994. He has retained Ockie Myburgh as winemaker, stating the obvious in revealing Ockie's South African heritage and first winemaking degree, complemented by a Bachelor in Winemaking from the University of Western Sydney in 2005. Ockie has made wine in many parts of Australia, the most important and most recent as assistant winemaker at Bay of Fires in Tasmania. Exports to the UK. -JAMES HALLIDAY
