Boomer Creek Vineyard

Tasmania | East Coast Tasmania

Our Review

Boomer Creek lies in an enviable position at Little Swanport on the scenic drive up Tasmania’s East Coast. The snazzy little cellar door provides views out over the water to Schouten Island at the southern tip of the Freycinet Peninsula. For the Walters family it’s a third-generation, family-run operation with sheep, cattle and olives as well as vines. The 3ha Boomer Creek vineyard is planted to riesling, pinot noir and chardonnay, producing a concise range of wines that reflect the East Coast terroir nicely. -DAVE BROOKES
