Our Review
Smith & Hooper can be viewed as simply one of many brands within the Hill-Smith family financial/corporate structures. However, it is estate-based, with cabernet sauvignon and merlot planted on the Hooper vineyard in '94; and cabernet sauvignon and merlot planted on the Smith Vineyard in '98. Spread across both vineyards are 9ha of trial varieties. Exports to all major markets. -JAMES HALLIDAY
