Precious Little Wine

Precious Little is the side project of mates Marty O'Flaherty and Adam Smith. Ex-chef Marty is winemaker for Atkins Family and Fox Gordon Wines, having cut his winemaking teeth at Zilzie in Victoria before working across South Australia and as far afield as Piedmont. Adam, Clare Valley born and bred, has 20 years of experience as an independent viticultural consultant and a grower liaison officer, now enjoying the challenge of seeking out exciting parcels for Marty to transform into small-batch wines. Current sourcing is from growers in the Barossa Valley, Langhorne Creek, Adelaide Hills and Clare Valley. Wines can be tasted at the nearby Peninsula Providore. -TYSON STELZER
