Our Review
Colab and Bloom is a collaboration between wine marketer, Nick Whiteway, and winemakers and winegrowers throughout South Australia. The emphasis is on fun and fresh wines from emerging varieties. Grapes are sourced from the Adelaide Hills, Southern Fleurieu and Riverland; nero d’Avola is grown at Vasarelli’s in Currency Creek, the tempranillo by David Blows in Macclesfield. Grapes are processed across a number of winery locations, including Project Wines in Langhorne Creek, DiFabio in McLaren Flat and Haselgrove in McLaren Vale.
