Our Review
The Rymills are descendants of John Riddoch and have long owned some of the finest Coonawarra soil, upon which they have grown grapes since '70. In '16 the Rymill family sold the business, but the management, vineyard and winery teams remained in place, with new capital financing improvements in the vineyards and cellar. The winery building also houses the cellar door with viewing platforms over the winery. -JAMES HALLIDAY

Information
Just off the Riddoch Highway, the striking Rymill Coonawarra cellar door soars three stories above the kilometre-long plane tree driveway. The cellar door has several flights of wine tasting available, including alternative varieties, luxury collections, and the core range; each redeemable on purchase. Unique to Coonawarra, the multi-level viewing platforms allow guests the opportunity to go on a self-guided tour of the winemaking process, from vine to glass. Rymill Coonawarra has local produce platters available year-round and proudly serves Campos coffee in the cellar door.
