Miss Zilm

Keeda Zilm’s eponymous label began a solo project focusing on the Clare Valley and subregional reflections of staple varieties. As a winemaker, ‘Miss Zilm’ has a strong background working at Clare Valley luminaries, including O’Leary Walker and more recently with one of the most influential riesling producers in Australia, John Vickery. Zilm’s agenda was and is to produce wine at a boutique scale and release not only fine-boned, energetic riesling, a hallmark of Miss Zilm, but textural pinot gris and fiano. A shiraz malbec blend layers in complexity and interest for red wine enthusiasts. There is great energy around this endeavour. -MIKE BENNIE
