The irrepressible Jim Irvine comes up once again, this time in conjunction with Marjorie (and daughter Joanne as winemaker), with Cabernet Franc, rather than Merlot, being the sole centre of attraction. Cabernet franc is a variety which has never achieved prominence in Australia, and is planted to the greatest extent in Margaret River.
