Our Review
The Barritt family has been growing grapes in the Barossa since the 1850s. This particular venture was established in 2005 by Lenore, Greg and Joe Barritt. It is based on shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and chardonnay (with tiny amounts of zinfandel, pinot blanc and clairette) planted between 1972 and 2003. Greg and Lenore retired in 2022 and winemaker Joe is moving on to other things. Exports to Denmark. (JH) -JAMES HALLIDAY
