Worlds Apart is Louis Schofield – former sommelier, wine rep, fine-wine retailer, former assistant winemaker at Ochota Barrels – along with partner Hannah Jeffery, a chef with experience in several Adelaide restaurants. They call the Adelaide Hills home but take fruit from exceptional vineyards in Eden Valley and McLaren Vale as well. Drawing equal influence from their peers in natural wine and the fine wines of the world, the style is fresh, low-alcohol wines with an underlying seriousness. -TONY LOVE
