Elysium Vineyard

Elysium was once part of a much larger vineyard established by John Tulloch. Tulloch (not part of the Tulloch operation previously owned by Southcorp) continues to look after the viticulture, with 1ha of verdelho. The Elysium Cottage has won a number of tourism awards. Proprietor Dr Victoria Foster, in partnership with Ben Moechtar (then Vice President of the Australian Sommeliers Association), conducts wine education weekends on request, with meals prepared by a chef brought in for the occasion.
