In ’25, 15 years after founding “modern-era négociant” The Flying Winemaker, winemaker, entrepreneur and self-described négociant-éleveur Eddie McDougall released a trio of wines under the E.J. McDougall banner. This eponymous project is more premium than his first, with a narrower focus, the goal simply to produce fine wine from classic varieties grown on the best Australian sites.
