Cuttaway Hill Wines

While the Bourne family did not acquire Cuttaway Hill from the founding O'Neil family until 2011, Mark Bourne produced the region's first sparkling wines in '04 under the Cuttaway Hill Laurence label. Until '11 Mark's principal focus was viticulture, and he was the founding president of the Southern Highlands Vignerons Association, and chief organiser of the Australian Highlands Wine Show. While he continues those involvements, he is now in charge of all aspects of the Cuttaway Hill business. Exports to China. -JAMES HALLIDAY
