Word of Mouth Wines

Peter Gibson, formerly a teacher of fine art, has been the one constant figure in Word of Mouth, his involvement dating back to 1999 when he established Pinnacle Wines with an early planting of pinot gris. Word of Mouth was formed when Pinnacle amalgamated with neighbouring Donnington Vineyard. In 2013 the Donnington parcel was sold and has since become Colmar Estate. Peter retained his original block and continues under the Word of Mouth label, with pinot gris, petit manseng, grüner veltliner, mencia, albariño, riesling, chardonnay and pinot noir planted.
