Douge Hume and Nadine McCrea have established a close-planted vineyard of pinot gris, initially using certified organic growing techniques, subsequently achieving biodynamic certification. The necessarily small production sells out quickly by word of mouth, phone and mail orders. -JAMES HALLIDAY
