Our Review
Founders David and Lesley Robertson employed organic practices from Thistle Hill's inception in 1975, making it Australia's longest continuously running organic winery. New ownership saw the acquisition of neighbouring vineyard Erudgere in the early 2000's, with both properties now certified organic (no weedicides, insecticides or synthetic fertilisers). All wines are bottled under the Thistle Hill label. Exports to Mongolia and China. -JAMES HALLIDAY
