Our Review
Matt Burton makes 4 different Hunter semillons and shiraz from the Hunter Valley, Murrumbateman and Hilltops, primarily purchased from other growers. The cellar door is located in the historic Pokolbin schoolhouse. Matt also collaborates with Dylan McMahon of Seville Estate on a Yarra Valley range, Burton McMahon (see separate entry).
