Brunswick Aces The Joker Sapiir
Captures the flavour of desert lime really well on the nose, highlighting the dry citrus quality but also showcasing the more subtle, bitter camphorous pine notes from the fruit. The lime carries typical lime characteristics but also elements of white grapefruit, tea tree and green cardamom. Additional Persian lime is added to the drink to help bolster those flavours. Not perceptible in the aroma, the chilli really kicks in in the flavour itself. Spicy heat juts out on the front palate and focuses on the tip of the tongue; the spice is concentrated but not so overwhelming to make it unpleasantly hot. A bit of oil from the limes helps to coat the palate while the chilli builds. All in all, a really fun non-alc product; particularly tasty in margarita-like drinks and with some ginger ale.
