Brunswick Aces Diamonds Gin

An overtly bold take on a citrus gin, with a heavy concentration of denser, oilier attributes, which in turn creates a very textural gin. Citrus often comes through well in aroma. Here, it dominates in a heady, musky and strongly perfumed way, creating a unique, charred, smoky note reminiscent of charred lemons on the barbecue. There’s also a crushed herb note, similar to freshly picked leaves or bruised pine needles. The palate carries this density well, too, with robust baked citrus and marmalade, accompanied by warm spices. This gin delivers a citrus profile in a creative way, developing a richer profile that showcases the versatility and breadth of citrus flavours.
