777 Distilling Premium Vodka

Clean and neutral on the nose with good minerality and no spirit harshness at all, plus hints of overripe citrus and lanolin. While pleasantly sweet up front, with a clean and mineral mid-palate, some of those overripe fruit notes tend to dominate the finish. It's clearly a premium product and comes at a reasonable price; I can see this vodka working very well in shaken cocktails with citrus. The length and texture are commendable, but a cleaner finish that offers notes of vanilla, slate, fresh citrus or grassiness would be an improvement.
