A stylish, cabernet-dominant red blend with a lifted nose of blackberry, aniseed, sarsaparilla, bergamot and bay leaf. Medium-bodied, with a core of fruit and vibrant acidity that are hallmarks of the Yarra Valley climate – so too the fine-boned tannin structure. In true Yarra Yering style, this red combines power with poise, and concentration with finesse.
