1. The Promoter is HGX Pty Ltd, a division of Hardie Grant Media Pty Ltd (ABN 30 004 093 504) ("Promoter").
2. Information on prizes and how to enter the competition form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
3. Competition entries open at 12.01am AEST on Thursday 25 June 2026 and close at 11.59pm AEST on Friday 31 July 2026 ("Competition Period").
4. To enter, participants must submit a valid vote via the Halliday Wine Companion People's Choice Award voting form during the Competition Period.
5. By entering the competition, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
6. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Hardie Grant Media, Halliday Wine Companion and any agencies or companies associated with the promotion.
7. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual may be deemed invalid.
1. 7a.The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate votes that it reasonably suspects are fraudulent, automated, duplicated or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
8. The People's Choice Award recognises Australia's favourite winery experience as determined by public voting.
9. All valid votes submitted during the Competition Period will be entered into the draw to win the prize package described in Clause 10.
10. The total prize value is approximately $1,089 RRP and includes:
- • A bottle of the 98-point Mount Langi Ghiran Langi Shiraz 2021 ($210 RRP)
- • 2027 Halliday Wine Companion book ($50 RRP)
- • Coravin Pivot™ Wine Preservation System ($199 RRP)
- • Two (2) RIEDEL Veritas Cabernet Shiraz Twin Packs ($120 RRP each)
- • One (1) RIEDEL Mosel Machine-Made Decanter ($90 RRP)
- • LANGTONS' voucher valued at $300
11. No element of the prize is transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
12. If any prize element becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
13. This competition is a game of chance and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
14. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 5 August 2026 at the offices of HGX Pty Ltd, Level 11, 36 Wellington Street, Collingwood VIC 3066.
15. The winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone within two (2) business days of the draw.
16. If the prize is unclaimed within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
17. The winning winery of the 2027 Halliday Wine Companion People's Choice Award will be announced as part of the 2027 Halliday Wine Companion Awards program.
18. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the prize (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss).
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical malfunction, network failure, unauthorised intervention or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control that may result in an entry not being received.
20. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information is governed by the Hardie Grant Privacy Policy.
21. Entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, suburb and entry information for promotional purposes without compensation.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
23. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform used to promote the competition.
