2025 Fundamentals of Wine in-person course

Enrol them in our 2025 Fundamentals of Wine in-person classes that kick off in May. Our Fundamentals of Wine in-person course includes one two-hour session per week for four weeks. Students will be hosted by Jane Faulkner in Melbourne.

We'll empower students with an in-depth understanding of the Australian wine landscape. We'll cover topics such as how wine is made, how to describe wine, how to approach food and wine matching and additional handy tips that address common wine questions. Each week students will be taken through course materials and a selection of highly-rated wines.
