Grampians Estate has quickly established an iconic reputation for its cool-climate peppery Shiraz. In particular the Streeton Reserve Shiraz label is very successful. These wines rank amoung the best of the festured wines made within the famous Grampians wine region by Mt Langi Ghiran, Bests, Seppelts and other leading wineries.
With vineyards located at the foothills of Mt William in Mafeking and Great Western, Grampians Estate has fast become one of the region's leading boutique wineries with an impressive list of awards.
Tom and Sarah Guthrie, with children Pollyanna and Ford, have nurtured their Shiraz, Chardonnay and Riesling vines with the goal to produce the best premium wines from their onsite winery. The classic Australian painting "Land of the Golden Fleece" by Sir Arthur Streeton features on many labels. The scene incorporates the idyllic location of the current day vineyard and home of Grampians Estate.
