Tower Estate was founded by the late Len Evans, with the award-winning 5-star Tower Lodge accommodation and convention centre a part of the development. It is anticipated there will be little day-to-day change in either part of the business since Len's passing. Tower Estate will continue to draw upon varieties and regions that have a particular synergy, the aim being to make the best possible wines in the top sector of the wine market. The appointment of Samantha (Sam) Connew as winemaker in December 2009, with a long career as chief winemaker at Wirra Wirra, adds icing to the cake. Exports to the UK, Hong Kong, Japan and Canada.
