This is the venture of Keith Brien, formerly of Cleveland. After several hermit crab moves, he has (he hopes) made his final move to Mt Monument Winery, Romsey. As well as making wine at Mt Monument, he will be consultant winemaker for that label. He offers contract winemaking and export consulting, as well as making the Silver Wings wines from contract-grown grapes (3 ha of mourvedre and 1 ha of shiraz) coming from 50-year-old vines. The cellar door, which also runs wine education programs and social events, has now moved to North Melbourne. Exports to the US.
