Dominic and Krystina Morris both have strong winemaking backgrounds gained from working in Australia, Portugal and France. Dominic has worked alternate vintages in Australia and Portugal since 1995, and Krystina has also worked at St Hallett and at Boar's Rock. They have established 5.5 ha of shiraz, 2 ha each of tempranillo and cabernet sauvignon, and a little viognier and malbec. Incidentally, the illustration on the Pondalowie label is not a piece of barbed wire, but a very abstract representation of the winery kelpie dog. Exports to the UK, Singapore, Macau, Hong Kong and Japan.
