Adam Marks has made wine in all parts of the world since 1991, and made the brave decision (during his honeymoon in 2000) to start his own business. Having initially scoured various regions of Australia for the varieties best suited to those regions, the focus has switched to three Central Victorian vineyards, in Bendigo, Macedon Ranges and Heathcote. The Harcourt Vineyard in Bendigo is planted to riesling (2 ha), shiraz (0.75 ha) and 2.15 ha of cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc; the Macedon vineyard to chardonnay (3.8 ha), pinot noir (3.2 ha) and gewurztraminer (0.8 ha); and the Heathcote vineyard to shiraz (3.4 ha). Exports to the Maldives.
